Dr. Adrian L. Dozier is an anointed woman of God who has dedicated her life to the service of the Lord since her teenage years. It was during those years, she noticed a special calling God placed upon her life and she enrolled in the Woodhouse Bible School. Through fasting and prayer, the woman of God heard the Lord speak to her in a clear and audible voice, “After you have done all these things, you preach my Word.” This drove her to serve in ministry with passion. It was in 1993, under the leadership of the late Pastor Reverend Jessie L. Woodhouse and The First Bible Church of the Lord’s Mission, she was licensed and ordained as an Evangelist.

Upon graduating Walton High School, Evangelist Dozier relocated to Miami, Florida to provide care for her maternal aunt who had suffered a stroke. This compelled her to enroll into Hunter College where she majored in Public Health Education and achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health.

She began her medical career at New York Presbyterian Hospital where she worked for 15+ years as a Health Education Supervisor. In 2006, Evangelist Dozier received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Soon after, she became employed at Lincoln Hospital (Bronx, NY) as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. In 2011, during National Nurses Week, she received The Rising Star Award in Nursing. She also became the union delegate for the New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA). In 2012, under the leadership of Pastor Reverend James A. McGraw, she envisioned a movement and implemented the “Under the Son Tent Explosion” (name accredited by our very own, Reverend Leon Brunson).

In 2015, Evangelist Dozier received her Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and was also appointed as a Clinical Professor at Helene Fuld College of Nursing, as well as an adjunct Professor at Hostos Community College. In that same year, Evangelist Dozier was elevated to the office of Elder. Continually implementing creative methods to serve the surrounding neighborhood, Elder Dozier has effectively implemented Outreach Programs, HealthCare Screenings and still maintained the “Under the Son Gospel Tent Explosion” which has become a staple event in the community.

She is a well-known pontificator of the gospel in the New York Metropolitan area. She ministers with power and authority, and many have come to know Christ and experienced great deliverance through her ministry. She also a great support system for others in ministry and have made numerous sacrifices to lend a helping hand whenever she can.

Throughout the Global Pandemic, she could be found saving the lives of her patients, all the while risking her own life. While this season in her career was the most difficult, she never lost her faith nor ceased helping in any way she could. She was an essential part of the recovery team at Lincoln Hospital.

In September of 2021 she received her Doctoral degree of Nurse Practice at Capella University. In October of 2021, Dr. Dozier became Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In November of 2021, under the leadership of Pastor Reverend James A. McGraw, Dr. Dozier was appointed Assistant Pastor of the First Bible Church of the Lord’s Mission. On March 13, 2022, she was appointed as Pastor-Designate of The First Bible Church of the Lord’s Mission. As she continued to preach and spread the gospel, Dr. Dozier was recently a speaker for the world renown National Action Network, (NAN) founded by, Reverend Al Sharpton on March 19, 2022.

Pastor Dr. Dozier is a bridge in the Gospel Gap and a relevant voice of this generation. She overcame every obstacle to be who she is, and she is just in her Genesis. Pastor states, “I have encountered many challenges and setback, but God has allowed me to succeed far above expectations”
